Live trainings take place each day at 9:00 am PT / 12:00 pm ET June 22–26, 2026. Replays will be available during bootcamp week so you can catch up if you miss a live session. You'll still be able to follow along with the daily homework and participate in the community even if you can't attend live.

Each daily teaching is designed to be focused and parent-friendly. Plan for about 30 minutes for each live training, with extra time available for community discussion and questions afterward.

Yes. This bootcamp is designed for parents whose babies are getting ready to start solid foods. It's especially helpful if your baby is around 4–6 months old and you want to feel prepared before the first bite.

Yes, as long as you still feel a bit unsure about readiness, high chair setup, gagging, choking, or how to make food safer for your baby. You may be able to make a few important safety tweaks right away.

This is a live bootcamp, so the best time to join is when your baby is getting ready to start solid foods or has just started. I generally run Baby-Led Weaning Bootcamp about 2 times per year, so waiting for the next one may be too late if your baby is already close to that first bite. If the live times do not work for you, join now and use the replays during bootcamp week.
