Join the Baby-Led Weaning Bootcamp: a 5-day live event designed to help you feel calm, prepared, and confident before your baby even takes that first bite.
We’ll spend the week getting your baby’s safe-start foundation in place so you can stop second-guessing and feel prepared before food ever hits the tray.
Maybe your baby is 4, 5, or almost 6 months old and suddenly everyone has an opinion about when you should start. This bootcamp will help you understand what “ready” actually means.
You want your baby to learn to eat real food, but the thought of gagging, choking, or doing something wrong makes your stomach drop. We’re going to replace panic with a plan.
One search turns into 14 tabs, 6 saved reels, and somehow you feel less confident than when you started. This bootcamp gives you the safe-start foundation in one place.
When your baby is finally ready and safely seated, the next question is, "What food do I actually put on the tray?"
Join before Wednesday, June 17 at 11:59 pm PT and you'll get Katie's Choking Prevention Food Preparation Guide as a bonus…so that when food prep starts, you'll have a clear guide for making those first foods the safe way for your baby.
Bonus expires Wednesday June 17, 2026 at 11:59 pm PT.
Available only for early bootcamp registrants.

Live trainings take place each day at 9:00 am PT / 12:00 pm ET June 22–26, 2026. Replays will be available during bootcamp week so you can catch up if you miss a live session. You'll still be able to follow along with the daily homework and participate in the community even if you can't attend live.
Each daily teaching is designed to be focused and parent-friendly. Plan for about 30 minutes for each live training, with extra time available for community discussion and questions afterward.
The bootcamp community is hosted inside a password-protected member site. That's where you'll find the live training details, daily homework, community posts, and replay links.
Yes. This bootcamp is designed for parents whose babies are getting ready to start solid foods. It's especially helpful if your baby is around 4–6 months old and you want to feel prepared before the first bite.
Yes, as long as you still feel a bit unsure about readiness, high chair setup, gagging, choking, or how to make food safer for your baby. You may be able to make a few important safety tweaks right away.
This is a live bootcamp, so the best time to join is when your baby is getting ready to start solid foods or has just started. I generally run Baby-Led Weaning Bootcamp about 2 times per year, so waiting for the next one may be too late if your baby is already close to that first bite. If the live times do not work for you, join now and use the replays during bootcamp week.
